黒い液体 プライバシーポリシー
ニチコマ合同会社（以下「当社」）は、スマートフォン向けゲーム「黒い液体」（以下「本アプリ」）での利用者の情報の扱いを、次のとおり定めます。
1. 当社が集める情報
当社は、本アプリで、利用者の名前・メールアドレス・電話番号などを集めません。アカウントの登録もありません。
遊んだ記録（自己ベスト）、持っているしずく・スキン、設定は、利用者の端末の中だけに保存し、当社には送られません。
2. 外部のサービスが集める情報
広告：Google AdMob（Google LLC）
本アプリは広告を表示するため、Google AdMob を使っています。AdMob は、広告 ID、IP アドレスから推定されるおおよその位置、端末の種類、広告の表示と操作の記録などを集めます。iPhone では、利用者が追跡を許可した場合に限り、利用者に合わせた広告に使われます。

本アプリに App 内課金はありません。
3. 追跡と広告の設定
- iPhone では、起動した時に「追跡を許可するか」をたずねます。許可しなくても、すべての機能を使えます。あとから「設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング」で変えられます。
- Android では、端末の設定で広告 ID を削除したり、利用者に合わせた広告を止めたりできます。
- EU・英国などの利用者には、広告の前に同意の画面を表示します。
4. 子どもの利用
本アプリは、13 歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。
5. 情報の削除
当社は本アプリの利用者の情報を保有していないため、当社が削除する情報はありません。端末の中のデータは、本アプリを削除すると消えます。広告に使われる情報は、Google の設定（https://myadcenter.google.com/）で管理できます。

内容を変更する時は、このページを更新してお知らせします。

Privacy Policy (English)
Nichicoma LLC ("we") describes below how information is handled in the smartphone game "Black Liquid" ("the App").
1. Information we collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or other personal information in the App, and there is no account registration. Your play records, items, and settings are stored only on your device and are not sent to us.
2. Information collected by third parties
The App uses Google AdMob (Google LLC) to show ads. AdMob collects the advertising ID, approximate location derived from your IP address, device type, and ad impression and interaction data. On iPhone, this is used for personalized ads only if you allow tracking. See Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and how Google uses information from apps that use its services (policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites). The App has no in-app purchases.
3. Tracking and ad settings
On iPhone, the App asks whether to allow tracking when it starts; all features are available either way, and you can change this later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, you can delete your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. Users in the EEA, the UK, and similar regions are shown a consent form before ads.
4. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13.
5. Deletion
We hold no information about users of the App, so there is nothing for us to delete. Data on your device is removed when you delete the App. You can manage information used for ads in Google's settings (myadcenter.google.com).
6. Changes
We will update this page if we change this policy.
